ENVIRONMENTAL GRAPHIC DESIGN & WAYFINDING
Seeking a mid-level graphic designer with strong creative, technical and people skills for community wayfinding and gateway design projects. Candidate should be detail oriented, possess strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, and be able to juggle multiple projects. Must have a degree in graphic design, architecture, planning or other design field with a minimum of 3-5 years of related professional experience. Expertise in Illustrator, Quark and PhotoShop is required. Knowledge of Arcview or GIS software is helpful. Some travel required.
STREETSCAPE, URBAN DESIGN
Seeking an architect, landscape architect, or civil engineer with at least 3-5 years professional experience involving urban planning, streetscape design, and commercial/private sector work. Previous experience with publicly financed projects is necessary, as is a track record of working with historic projects and communities. Projects will include downtown revitalization, urban design, and master planning. Candidates must have degree in architecture, landscape architecture, civil engineering or a related field. AutoCAD proficiency is required. Freehand drawing, Photoshop, Illustrator abilities a plus. Some travel required.
