Frazier Associates has been instrumental in the shaping of historic districts throughout the State of Virginia. We have created Design Guidelines for architectural review boards throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, and consulted on thousands of historic projects as part of the Virginia Main Street Program.
We were selected by the James Marston Fitch Charitable Trust of New York several years ago to conduct an evaluation of our existing historic district guidelines in Virginia. The results of this study were published in Forum, the Journal of the National Trust for Historic Preservation, and in various publications including the Preservation Alliance of Virginia newsletter.
